FAQs

Great question! Our community deserves leaders who are willing to rise above negativity and focus on positive change. I am committed to bringing transparency, integrity, and a solutions-oriented approach to our city’s governance. Let’s focus on what we can achieve together!

My top priorities include improving our wastewater infrastructure, fostering sustainable economic development, enhancing public safety, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. I aim to create a thriving community where all residents feel heard and valued.

I will advocate for prioritizing repairs and replacements of critical parts of our wastewater system. We can implement the Wastewater Priority Improvement Plan by securing funding and grants to prevent future failures and environmental impacts.

I propose creating a special business district in West Winter Springs, functioning like a chamber of commerce to support and encourage local businesses. This district will help foster a vibrant commercial environment that aligns with our community values.

With my business, finance, accounting, and tax background, I will ensure our city’s budget is managed efficiently and transparently. I aim to keep taxes low while providing essential services that are adequately funded through fiscally responsible budgeting practices.

As a member of the Citizen’s Advisory Committee at the Winter Springs Police Department, I am committed to enhancing public safety. I am also honored to serve as the Campaign Treasurer for the excellent Sheriff of Seminole County, Dennis Lemma. We are lucky to have dedicated leadership in the Winter Springs Police Department and in the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office. I will work closely with both agencies to ensure our neighborhoods are safe and well-protected.

I propose lifting the ban on public comments on the city’s social media platforms to foster free speech and encourage constructive dialogue. I believe in creating an inclusive environment where all residents can share their ideas and opinions.

I am dedicated to improving parks, youth sports, and family events. I also plan to partner with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office to eradicate fentanyl and illegal drugs from our community and support mental health initiatives.

My extensive background in business, federal income taxation, and IRS tax controversy resolution, combined with my commitment to community service, positions me uniquely to address the challenges facing our city. I am dedicated to bringing transparency, fiscal responsibility, and sustainable growth to Winter Springs.
